Hello, I have a account in the community.rti.com, but it didn`t work in the support.rti.com, when i use the account to log in the support.rti.com, the tips is "Your login attempt has failed. Make sure the username and password are correct." , and i also can`t receive the email for "Password Reset", pelase tell me why?

These are two different things, and the accounts are not linked.
The RTI Community (https://communiryt.rti.com/) is what you are currently browsing.
It contains freely available community resources such as Forums and the Knowledge Base.
The RTI Support Portal (https://support.rti.com/) is a paid service for customer Support.
It allows customers to download RTI products and documentation, as well as to open Support cases.
